Todays-Woman.net is a supportive online writing community for men and women over 18, which opened their doors Sept 19th 2002. Our goal is to help writers succeed in the writing industry by offering a useful selection of services including author interviews, regular columns, interactive forums, and a place for writers to share their work for critique by their peers.
Today's Woman Writing Community is made up of those looking to be published, hobby writers, published authors & publishers themselves. The community is a wonderful one to be apart of. Todays-Woman.net has a full online forum with over 56 communities built inside of it. We have writing lessons, a full directory of links to literacy resources, famous poets, online book store, book reviews and over 150 calls for submissions to help writers get published, plus many more features.
Though the main focus of Today's Woman Writing Community at one time was a poetry community, we now cater to authors of short stories, song writers and web columnist. I feel that Today's Woman Writing Community is a wonderful learning resource for writers. Over the last four years Today's Woman Writing Community has been one of the most visited writing communities on the internet. Ranked 6/10 by Google and Yahoo!, we continue to be the primary resource for writers.
The Todays-Woman.net system that was created by Invision-Graphics.com makes it easy for members to post, edit, delete, and receive comments on their submissions. They receive notification to their email inbox whenever someone comments on their work; in addition they have the chance to have their story or poem featured on the home page as top story or poem of the day.
Today's Woman Writing Community offers writers the opportunity to develop improved writing skills, receive feedback on their work, opportunity to win awards, chances to be recognized as writer of the month, resources to be published, challenges by their peers and so much more.
Because Today's Woman Writing Community is one of the most visited writing communities on the net, author's work will be read and they are guaranteed feedback.
Many of the members report that they have grown a lot in their writing since joining the Today's Woman Writing Community. The members receive high exposure, and a friendly support group that they will not find within other communities.
We are a community that cares about each other. Each member whether a beginning writer or a season writer is an asset to the community.
