- It's labelled an inspiration for your wedding registry. I have to say, I find that notion pretty gross... like the sacred institution of marriage has boiled down to being just one great big HAUL so the bride gets tons of free stuff. However, I love to look at well-photographed, beautiful china, crystal, table settings, etc. and this is a great site for that.

Perhaps I inherited this great love of celebration from my great grandmother Sarah, for whom I named my blog after. A quintessential hostess and an early pioneer in the formation of Bed & Breakfast Inns. Mrs. Sarah made everyone who entered her home feel like the most special person on earth. I strive to reflect that same spirit every time I open my doors and invite people to my table.
