 tinas rated 22 months ago- Sleep Deprivation Makes Us Fat - the title of the original article is a little less exciting. In Nature (21 September 2006) Helen Pearson suggests to "Sleep it off". The idea is that a link exists between poor sleep patterns and appetite. The credo: more sleep, less appetite, lose weight.
