- Another good argument for taking more care to eat a healthy, balanced diet with as many "source foods" as possible. As a vegetarian, this does worry me, as I do take some vitamin and omega supplements (as does my daughter). It would defeat part of my reasoning for following a vegetarian diet were those supplements to be the subject of this sort of cruelty. More research into the specific products for my purposes. Thanks to AmataPingveno for this stumble.
