Date and time everywhere in the world. But also information about the local weather, time the sun sets, the moon rises, day light saving time dates, dialing codes and the coordinates. I like this :)

21:18 UTC 22/9/09 September (Autmnal) EquinoxFrom Wikipedia: "An equinox happens each year at two specific moments in time (rather than two whole days), when there is a location on the Earth's Equator where the centre of the Sun can be observed to be vertically overhead, occurring around March 20/21 and September 22/23 each year."On Tarawa (1 Deg. 25' N) there are two days in the year close to the equinoxes when the sun is directly overhead, 24 March (90 Deg.) and 19 September (89.9 Deg.). The longest day of the year is June 21 (day length 12:12:16; sun's angle 68 Deg.) and the shortest day is December 21 (12:02:34; sun's angle 65.2 Deg.), a total variance of 9 minutes and 42 seconds. The change of day length from one day to the next can be as much as four seconds. All this information is available from TimeandDate.com. Other interesting facts available from the site are the theoretical air distance between two points [counter intuitively, London, UK (14,104 km) is 100 km closer to Tarawa than Haifa, Israel (14,209 km)] and the initial and final headings from one to the other. What a boon to have instant access to all this information!

www.timeanddate.com - very usefull website if you need to know which time it is somewhere else in the world; better check the time zone calculator, before you make a call to a very distant place (or even in Europe to Great Britain ^^)
