Reviews of this website

marieadkins rated 4 months ago- From the page: "Eleanor Katherine may have to leave the only family she has ever known and await adoption by another couple whose religious convictions satisfy the State of New Jersey." Even if it's old. Still, Madness.

Tartessos rated 5 months ago- Regardless of the date of the article, this is exactly the sort of thing we must be vigilant about. To those who have said "this would never fly nowadays": nonsense. Theist bigots are still out there. Why were so many people ready to believe this was a recent event? It is because the evangelicals have been taking over our government.

Yasue rated 5 months ago- Out-fucking-rageously WRONG! Mind you, this was in 1970, but I wonder what ever happened with this case?

emmam0rgan rated 6 months ago- We could all kick up a huge fuss over this, but check the date on the article! December 1970.

Thanuir rated 6 months ago- A nice article. An old article. Best to ignore, it will only cause hostility now. Though it would be nice to know how the thing actually ended.

actionjoe rated 6 months ago- I wish I could somehow mass mail all the people that thought that this was recent and explain, "Hey, it'll be ok, little camper. That story is almost 40 years old." It's very cool that Time's got articles from that far back available, no?

cedarhag rated 6 months ago- What the hell is going on here? Kids make decisions later on in life as they experiment with beliefs anyways.... What does it have to do with bringing up a child safely and responsibly? Flagrant disregard for one's beliefs!

- Beyond disturbing. This should get overturned in a higher court, but if it doesn't... another item on the list of 'reasons to move out of the U.S.'

mysticalspork rated 6 months ago- Shocking! Outrageous! What is this country coming to when our freedom of religion is so flagrantly violated? But wait, what's this? "Monday, Dec. 07, 1970" That's right, you guys are over 37 years late. Please, if anyone out there still has a functioning brain, send me a message. I'm taking a survey. Maybe we can all split a very small pizza or something.

icequeen057 rated 6 months ago- Unbelievable. Do Christians forget that the majority of settlements in the New World were formed in order to avoid religious persecution? What exactly do they think they're doing when they make judgments against atheists? Hypocrites.
