Oh what a nice way to claim the guy is sweet and not Lazy. He plans in advance so she won't bitch. Get it. If your guy plans in years in advance it isn't romantic. Likely, this is some guys excuse when his girl found out that he just gave a florist money so he is never accused of forgetting. He came up with a phony story hoping she find it believable.
