Below is a a fine picture of a supernova remnant which I dedicate to my friend Rudy who has devoted his life to modeling and understanding such things. A quick edit. My friend Rudy studies Planetary Nebulae as I stated before. However, the picture above is an unequivocal supernova remnant. That is not necessarily the same thing as a planetary nebulae. In some instances, the line between Supernova Remnants and Planetary Nebulae can be blurry, but this is not such a case. It's still a pretty picture. Sorry for the misrepresentation Rudy.
