ewok2k discovered 6 months ago- This is Interesting... Anyone who has more information about this I would greatly appreciate it! The gist of it is... Since the US has not honored their treaty obligations... They are threatening to secede from the USA and become their own country, and in the Lakota country there will be no taxes... Like i said - Interesting.. They are protected by several treaties in doing so, but I fear this could upset things in a more negative way if it is carried out... I know the US would never allow it, even if they are completely within their rights to do so.
