Pink Beach, Barbuda. Essentially one huge sandbar, this flamingo-hued swath extends eight miles from Palmetto Point towards Spanish Point, at the southern end.

The beaches in Ecuador and Florida are exceptionally beautiful. I hope not a lot of people find out about these beaches though. People tend to exploit beaches. They visit shortly, then go back home leaving all their garbage in the beach. I hope these 11 beaches are still as beautiful as they are now ten years later.

I would love to be able to drop everything and go sit on one of these beaches for a week and just swim and dive.

the beach is my favourite day out, my favourite holiday, my sanctuary from troubles. It is life, power, peace and passion all rolled into one of nature's most divine contructs

Cool beaches, only I don't understand the "deserted" part. Many of these looked and are pretty well built up for tourism, and if not immediately present there is a large tourism support system close by.
