It's of course thumb up because artists are probably very talented..but I don't really like this kind of paintings, trompe l'oeil or how it is called. If I want to see something so realistic, I can take a pholograph..The beauty of art in most cases in something that left unfinished, untold..

I've seen work like this being created with my own two eyes; there are plenty of artists out there with the patience and talent to create art like this; though it takes years of practice and hardwork.

whether a painting or a photo, each image must be judged on its merit as a piece of art. It's irrelevant how an artist arrives at the final product.
