- (Very true) article about why a lot of companies must get their shit togheter and that means changing their way of thinking. By the time they built up an army of control methods to extract more money from users, users have found alternatives who are debatably illegal.

By trying to erect roadblocks to people using their content, content providers are working themselves into a corner. What they need to focus on is finding ways to make money now that music is free, as opposed to trying to stem the tide of a flood.
