    The site is right on with the correct information. Everything it says is true. Working out does not have to be lots and lots of hours in the gym but make that 30-45 minutes count by doing great calorie buring exercises.

    nice..I actually just started walking up and down my stairs repeatedly if I dont have time for the gym. Think about it..people go to the gym and use the stair climber, but pretty much everyone I know has stairs in their house!

    Just because you see a difference in people working out doesn't mean there isn't one. The fact that they're moving at all is a good thing and is probably making them healthier if not thinner to the eye.
