" I must have been the one person who didn't want to see that, then. I'll borrow the words of a comment on the page: "That might be the most well written review I've ever read...but I still dug the movie."

- Smug and pompous. I get the feeling that the author felt somewhat personally threatened by the film's success and felt that either the review would garner more attention if it were negative, or attacked it due to an elitist mentality.

- Wow, a great example of why art-film critics should not review mainstream films. Hell, honestly they should just not bother. It reads a lot like what you would expect an "artsy" early 20-something would write when trying to impress you with how amazingly well read and thoughtful he is. Arrrgh. Words for the sake of impressing you with words. Smug ladled over the words for extra yuck with a dash of self-serving superiority. Read it and vom.
