Here in New Zealand this technology is being used in, and to gain premium fuels from, sewage ponds - results you may ask? Fuel is derived from waste through algae, resulting in much cleaner water discharges and an improved environment. This is the way of the future - not the wrecking of rainforest and agricultural land. Use waste, derive a premium resource and, in the process, gain cleaner water discharges and an improved environment. What better? Win, win. Wakeup mankind - nature has the answers! We have to learn from, and work with, nature - not fight it. The answers are all there right under our noses! Here is a good example: http://www.livescience.com/technology/041103_convert_garbage.html
