Ideal for use in weight control. Calculate your calorie intake and search for the nutritional value of various food and drink. Also, calculate the benefits of specific physical activities. It is difficult to calculate exactly how many calories you consume because the food database isn't yet as volumous as it should be.

Seems like a very cool alternative to my favorite free diet tracking website.. FitDay. But this has some other additions and some social networking aspect to it as well.

This is a great tool for tracking fitness and workouts, but i think their suggested calories per day are a little on the low side and may be advanced for beginners. sparkpeople remains an all around better tool.

This is a wonderful website. It's been a very helpful tool helping me FINALLY lose weight. They have a huge database of food and it's really easy to add things that aren't included. You can use it for free and it's very functional, but you can also buy a subscription and get a few more gadgets at a very affordable price (and very worth it) of $30 every 6 months. But you don't HAVE to buy a subscription to enjoy most of the site which is very cool. The people that run it are awesome. The interface is very pleasant and intuitive to use. They also have a forum with a section on eating disorders. It's great because they are very supportive and they are VERY strict on the guidelines.
