The pictures on this site apparently change as they're being submitted so there's no point saying how much I liked some of those that happened to be on the front page when I payed the site a visit. But the site theme stays and I like it. A smoker quits every time the cigarette is put out.... more

"TheArtOfQuitting.com is a creative platform for still-smokers. It's a place where you can find and share the inspiration to quit. Because to keep smoking is easy, but to quit and stay that way is an art. Submit your own quit-smoking statement. Do it to motivate yourself and to inspire others." It's a nice idea, but honestly after looking through all those photos and artwork I really just want a cigarette.

The pictures on this site apparently change as they're being submitted so there's no point saying how much I liked some of those that happened to be on the front page when I payed the site a visit. But the site theme stays and I like it. A smoker quits every time the cigarette is put out. When the cigarette is put out the buildup of wanting to light the next one is re-initiated and the next cigarette is then lit when the smoker gives in to the addiction. The key to NOT light the next cigarette is to understand that it will only make you go through the same shit again. And again. And again. So why not live out ONLY ONE of those withdrawal symptoms? It's only you against yourself. The last time I quit smoking was fifty days ago.
