- If you only read one story by this author, let it be "They're Made Of Meat" - http://www.terrybisson.com/meat.html. Without giving away the plot, it's basically INDEPENDENCE DAY from the other guys' point of view. It's a very funny (and thought-provoking) short story that's just the right length, which in itself makes it that much funnier!
