Chocolate milk is excellent for recovery. A glass within a hour of your workout is one of the best ways to recover.

Wow, this is a stupid article. Really, science? Protein and amino-acid infused milk helps promote muscle growth better than sugar and water? No fucking way. Who funded this stupid study? What's next, an in-depth study as to whether whey protein supplements promote muscle growth better than rum and coke?
