Traffic officials turn into utter cunts when a man cuts his own car in half.

ANGRY MOTORIST SAWS CAR IN HALF. A motorist whose car was clamped because just two inches of the bumper was protruding from his driveway took drastic action by cutting it in half.

amusinge but a serious case of cutting one's own nose to spite one's face. The crucial question is "did the autocrats learn their lesson?" and I suspect the answer is - sadly - no...

How in hell is it vandalism if it's his own car? Spare me.

From the page: "He took it upon himself to commit a serious act of vandalism. He put himself at risk and he put other people at risk."" It is impossible to vandalize your own property. Vandalism is by definition destruction of another's property. The only vandal in this situation is the idiot who decided to clamp a car because it was two inches into the road.

First, how is it vandalism when you own the property, and second how is they couldn't find another vehicle to ticket or clamp? A guy who legally registers a vehicle to be off the road is rare, and they penalize him like this. Not much space in london so I can see it sticking out 2 inches, but come on. Wow.
