- I hate it when Pharmaceutical Corporations label treatments as cures ... definitions: a treatment is a drug which reduces or eliminates the symptoms of an ailment, while leaving the underlying cause, but requires a lifetime of sustained use -- highly profitable, but damaging to any existing medical coverage ... whereas a cure is a drug which eliminates the cause of an ailment in either a single dosage or within a temporary period -- cures are what the people want and need, but its rare for a Pharmaceutical corporation to bring these to the market ... this type of mistake in shortsighted thinking about the wellbeing of the people these Drug companies are trying to treat is something that should be addressed on a large scale level -- such as taxing any Pharmaceutical corporation that offers more treatments than cures and then giving such tax money to other medical endeavors that promise cures, or giving tax breaks to companies that offer more cures than treatments ...
