I'd drop pidgin portable. Just Portable Firefox and Meebo is sufficient. I'd also drop Google Chrome, not because I don't like Google Chrome, but because it is not kept up to date (e.g. the last release is Nov 2008) where as firefox is kept up to date by the portableapps.com team. Two I would add though in place of those are: TaskCoach and OpenOffice
