hmmmm either the dog is really really tall or the fence short.. and if the fence is short wouldn't ya think the dog would have JUMPED over the fence instead of peaking through a PET PEEK?????? hhmmmm
Maybe it's just me, but I feel sorry for that dog. To be locked up inside a fence with only that small window to see the world. Like I said, maybe just me, but that's what I thought, both times I have seen this picture.
