There's no evidence provided to support this article's claims. What the heck are "disgusting infections like warms" anyway? Maybe an editor who understands English would help this article.

Cold water increases blood circulation throughout the body. You will become more coldproof - that means, you'll have less chances to catch a cold or a flu. Being cold has nothing to do with sickness. And if it WAS a result of being cold, how does inducing cold help?
