I"M HUNGRY NOW!!!Uni My favourite!Uni (oo-nee) - Sea Urchin. If you are lucky you won't like it, ifnot you have just developed an expensive habit. The most expensive (start savingnow) is red in colour, the least is yellow, luckily they taste the same.Lobsters eat sea urchin as a mainstay of their diet.Sushi Etiquette

Wake up, little sushi, wake up! I love sushi! A local restaurant has an "all you can eat" for $20.00. Some friends and I go every Friday night and it is delicious, so I say to the Itamae: domo arigato gozaimasta, oishii, gochisou-sama deshita. Domo arigato gozaimasta!

Seems pretty informative and useful. Have had the pleasure to eat susho three times in my life so far. Depending on the restaurant that prepares it, it's delicious. The only annoying things is that sometimes you just can't separate the chopsticks correctly...
