- Cool Trick. Perhaps not really practical for self-defense, but sure a cool trick for shows. Perhaps i 'll try it myself next time

- As with most ju jitsu looks good in theory but I doubt it would hold in a ring. Arm bars like that are notorious for getting them into worse positions. Still pretty nice to finally have something on my page as far as marial arts are concerned.
