This types of menus is very looking attractive and so simple scripting.

Whenever I see a woman in over-sized sun glasses, I imagine them as a toddler, running around with their parent's glasses, trying to act like an adult. Maybe on a subconscious level, this look makes the brain go "Big eyes, little face," and after a few geometric calculations your body says, "Hot." But anyways... nice css menu.
