While this is very detailed, like robinbal said, you don't need that many people. Main people as part of your team would be an agent, attorney, and mortgage broker/loan officer and eventually a home inspector and contractor if you plan to do remodeling.

The good news is you don't even need as many as 10 other people, just a few select people will do.
