I always switch around my sleep pattern exactly like that. Only thing is that I actually do need at least 10 hours of sleep a night or I'm dead-tired. It sucks.

Really interesting. I've always tried to do the "just go to bed earlier" routine, but I'm going to try this writer's advice. First step: try not to make excuses for getting a little more sleep after my puppies wake me up at 5:45 am howling for their momma.
