- ditto to tracer-bullet (heart racing pics and story) --------I've been on the edge at Yosemite and the Grand Canyon but this looks like too much for me

- My heart was racing just reading this. I'd always thought that I'd do this hike if I were ever in the area, but now I'm not so sure.

- Just like a "Klettersteig" here in Austria. (I think the translation is "fixed rope route"). We have lots of routes like this, even more steep, and rated the difficulty from A to D. You should wear at least basic climbing gear.
