Good blogging site that has very powerful formatting features and doesn't require you to code anything. Not free though...

I'm sure they give you plenty of features and simplify web-design to an elementary level, but having to pay for such abilities is not ideal for the hobbyist.Not thumbs downed because I like the topic, just not having to pay for it.
