While there are always exceptions, this is a good run down on group think among people. You can tell yourself you're immune, but if you are human you have a strong tendency to succumb to this behavior.

i wasn't convinced. for instance one can become a group leader thru extreme nonconforming - thru agression for instance.

These are sound social rules that most civil beings already understand, however, don't ever expect an antisocial personality to abide by any of them.
