It's amazing to see how by just putting ourself in a abstract thinking mode we develop a better self-control on any conflictual situations. We tend to see the situation as an observer which make all the difference.Easy to say but not so easy to apply but sure worth to try.

Ah, it's actually quite interesting to discover such a piece of evidence. I think that everyone actually does this subconciously (on occasion), but now that we are aware of it perhaps we will be able to harness it more.

It's funny that I had a very similar revelation just a few days ago. Of course, easier said than done. As always.
