I can see a-lot of room to save here 1. I have yet to see a car that the normal person is not capable of replacing coolant. 2. tires, look at the manual and see what the car came with or just make sure the tires speed rating is high enough and have a tire shop put them on rather than the ferrari service center. Although I suppose most people that own ferraris don't want to get their hands dirty.... if that's the case don't bitch about the cost of having other people work on it.
