I had given Spock.com a negative review, yet had spent time checking out the website, I had some customer service related issues/questions/comments/concerns, aftering sending an email to the Spock.com customer service, I got a response in less than 5 hours. Although there are many People Search engines such as pipl.com and so on, I have to say , the support I got was awesome so Spock.com gest a Kudos for Customer Service (IMHE)

Google, Yahoo and the general purpose search engines are better. A better solution is to use www.naymz.com It seems to collect and update information regularly.

This site sucks. They took old info from a deleted friendster account and posted it so that it now shows in a google search. Thankfully I had nothing embarrassing or too personal on that account, but it is still an invasion of privacy. The friendster account had been deleted months before this information showed up at spock.com. And the removal process is ridiculous. They attempt to convince you to sign up for their site so that you can manage your information instead of just removing it. Total bullshit. EDIT: They finally deleted all info without my having to create an account and 'own' my info, as they want. It took weeks, as they said their delete function wasn't working (?!) but they did finally do it. No reply when I asked how they got the info from a friendster account that's been deleted for months, though.
