Nicely done. Also, whether we pull out of Iraq or not, thousands are going to die. Since when do we have the right to decide how? Should we follow a leader who admits to mistakes, but yet keeps on using the same faulty intellegence? Another war? Iran? why? why? why? Shouldn't we worry about the...

One of Olbermann's better rants. The Middle East is already in civil unrest; thousands more will be killed if we stay and we've already lost political face for the next twenty-five years. A refusal to perpetuate the same blunders that got us into this fustercluck is NOT leaving a job undone.

Pulling out is not the fucking point. The point is to start making intelligent decisions whether it's in battle or wherever.

Bush does not deserve anyone's loyalty. He's promised so much and has delivered nothing but the bloody bodies of our own kids. Going into Iran is not what's best for our country! Going into Iraq did nothing for us at all! I don't feel any safer and guess what, there's still terrorism. We've fucking failed already. We failed the day we went in.

I don't know if Olberman realizes this or not, but Iran and Iraq are two separate places. Yes, they are both in the Middle East, but not dealing with the problem in Iran because you fear another Iraq is moronic. This is the type of person who can't take each issue on its own merits. This man is a partisan, who like all partisans, decides what is best for him politically before deciding what is best for the country.

Nicely done. Also, whether we pull out of Iraq or not, thousands are going to die. Since when do we have the right to decide how? Should we follow a leader who admits to mistakes, but yet keeps on using the same faulty intellegence? Another war? Iran? why? why? why? Shouldn't we worry about the problems facing our own country? shouldn't those billions of dollars be spent for things this country needs such as Teacher pay raises, Medicare, our prison systems, as well as the drug problem that faces our citizens? If you can't help yourself, who can you help?

Olbermann/Colbert in '08 anyone? He made an incredibly vital point. The point is not that we should or shouldn't go into Iran, but the point is that Bush has cried wolf so many times with everything in Iraq, that he has lost all credibility in what our government should do.
