Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test

It does what it does but it doesn't tell me how good or bad the test results are so it means nothing to me. Am I slow, am I fast...can I improve?

Am I really supposed to believe that I'm consistently getting 4.7 Mb DL speed from a 4 Mb connection, and why do they think that I'm only 100 miles from Dallas Texas, and 1550 miles from their nearest server here in California?

Nice speed bandwith test site, with some interesting graphics to keep you interested while the test is taking place.
