    I agree with most of the items on the list but I don't like this "everyone should be doing" attitude.

    i liked it especially SMILE while you walk. easy.and knowing no-one is alone we can talk to God. Even call him by his name if we want to.

    From the page: "18. What other people think of you is none of your business. " HONESTLY? it is very evident that whoever wrote these "tips" has an OLD mentality. Some of the points I can take as "tips" the rest are garbage!

    Must agree. Don't thrust religious babble on me. I'm intelligent enough to devise my own beliefs without brainwashing garbage.

    I love these types of lists! Here's a collection of "rules" to keep in mind as you go through each day. Good advice I think!

    Okay i must say I agree with the bulk of the tips on that list. I would recommend that 10 to 30 minute walk to everyone. It really helps clear the mind. Shoot! I am gonna take one myself today.
