- His evidence is based on twisting facts. Smokers pay more for insurance than non-smokers. It must be a conspiracy! Many women are arrested for domestic abuse. It must be looked at on a case by case basis. Insurance companies usually pay for Viagra, yet most insurance companies will not cover birth control for women. We all can rant about being treated unfairly, but you must look at the whole picture in order to get the whole story.
