- Full of half-facts and mistruths. E.g. Glutathione is a tripeptide, not an amino acid, and I'm not sure how eggs "absorb alcohol and build up in the liver" but it sounds like shite to me.

- I'm not going to thumb up or down this page, because it has some true things on there and some untrue things on there. The key, more than anything, is to drink water, and lots of it. "Hair of the dog" does work, but only if you also drink WATER. It's the key, bitches.
