An interesting article with illustrates the difficulties in attempting to calculate ROI from social media involvement; namely, the difficulties stem from an attempt to measure qualitative data using quantitative scales. The overall importance of the conversation is highlighted, which I agree with entirely. It may be slightly more difficult to convince a sceptical CEO of thies though... An insightful read.
