- It was only yesterday that I discovered what a "peep" was. The word has been hovering around me lately, I haven't known what it meant (except in its literal sense) and yesterday I had to ask my friend what she was talking about and so now I am hip to peep. That doesn't mean I like them and this will be the only peep you'll find on my blog. I guess the cultic, mind-closing, nutritious religion of my first 13 years didn't include peeps. I mean, I know what they are, seen 'em in the Long's and Thrifty's at easter, I just never heard them called peeps. Well, this particular one was evil and got his just desserts
