I already use Irfan View it's the best picture viewer ever.The rest I must give a a try as I love messing around with graphics programs.

GIMP is amazing. Gimpshop is GIMP. I wish that inkscape was as good a substitute for illustrator as GIMP was for photoshop. Unfreeze fucking sucks. I can't stand it anymore.

A good, well researched, composite site of graphic tools and programs; all freeware. Many of which I've used or tried over the years and have found very useful.
