- People skills - I say having them just gets in the way of having fun with others (remember it is ok to laugh at someone as long as they think you are laughing with them...). Honest, I am not really that cynical - just that it is a Monday. Mondays should be called Cyndays. Of course for the above cartoon I can just imagine that the hospital loudspeaker is quietly playing an elevator music version of "Always look on the bright side of life." Maybe this today's cynicism comes from attending the memorial service of a friend (and doctor) last week. The kicker is that he really did look on the bright side of life and stayed true to the end.
