Handy, handy, handy! The only thing I wish it would do is save your plans for free (which the free version does NOT do) and not just that but also online, rather than to your hard drive.

fun to play with for a while, program still needs work, maybe a 'grow' function so you can see what the trees you've selected to plant will look like after 6 or 7 years, or maybe 3d rendering so you can look at your garden at eye level as opposed to birds eye view

That's pretty neat. I didn't check out the price and without saving it wouldn't be much good long term.
