While Chris Hitches is the most snide of writers, the debacle that posed as an election in Iran requires his style. While in all likelyhood the game is over, both Pres Ach and the Guardian Council will no longer have the clout they did in the past. The good folks at Twitter may well have started a good revolution-with real freedom attached. When the police refused to fire upon the miliion martchers, the Pres and Mullahs lost some power. The game is far from over, but I fear the election is a done deal.

really bad article, first of all in any election - the candidates available aren't the best runners for the job, they're simply the ones with the means and power to run. Secondly they called Mahmoud Ahmadinejad illiterate - did they even bother to do fact checking?
