Sorry but by missing CodePlex and SourceForge you get a big thumbs-down. (C# is statistically the most popular programming language on the planet, and CodePlex is its biggest code-sharing community.)

An absolute must keep for a budding programmer looking for code to make that project or program work. Haven't tried any sites yet but it'll be something I'll miss if I don't save it.
