This is definitely not what I would have considered to be the concept of Transhuman, but it has enough compelling arguments to make for that.

This is a philosophical discussion about when it is right to use technology to help people and when it's not. This person seems to be in favor of helping, no matter the coast. Now, I'm not entirely sure about this, but it can't be as simple as he makes it sounds...
