Dear friends, I haven't mentioned the house for a while, have I?
Well we've been working away on getting a bedroom
in order, so that while all the mess is around
us we have one place that is restful.
It looks rather like this, but a little less
"perfect", a little less stage-managed.
What we love about the house is although it
is large and rambling, it has a cottage feel.
Sometimes I feel like Goldilocks in here, just a little afraid
a great big bear will come in and say that's HIS bed.
And he may be right -- it does feel like a dream.
