SeoSmarty discovered 3 months ago- An anonymous aggregation of "public and semi-public" keywords from across the site, Facebook Lexicon does not provide actual statistics as to how many times a keyword or two-word phrase appears, but like Google Trends, it shows spikes and trends in keyword / phrase popularity.

- This is where I found out about Lexicon, Facebook's new tool to track the buzz on Facebook. I like the suggestion about using it as a keyword research tool. I am always interested in learning how people describe things (Lexicon!) so this one will be good. In coming up with keywords when SEOing a site, you need to know how people describe what it is you're optimizing. The technical terms aren't always what they use.
